Graduated Rents (Rent Escalations) System provides for unlimited rent changes during the term of lease agreement. Automatic calculations including CPI, and Market & Fixed Rate increases can be entered with variable frequencies. Leases can specify any CPI Table.

Late Notices System can automatically generate late notices and will calculate and post late charges to the tenant record based on individual unit data. Charges can be assessed across the property or individually.

Evictions Software will prevent accepting payment for units where client has specified the eviction process has begun.
