Property management is more than a simple care-taking responsibility. In addition to acting as the eyes, ears and sounding board for the owner, we implement an action plan in harmony with the owner’s goals and financial resources, while fully understanding the importance of effective, timely information flow.
Our computer system complements the services referenced above by being both an effective management and accounting tool. At larger properties with on-site management, we can install an on-site computer system which makes record keeping both efficient and timely. This interfaces with our corporate system. We can also keep the accounting records on a cash and accrual basis. The client can thus evaluate their property on both a cash and tax basis. As an additional service, we have the ability to allow our clients to access information related to their properties through our on-line View/Print portal.
